> How to reach 3D Print Log for support, bug reports, feature requests, privacy questions, and account help, and how soon to expect a reply.

3D Print Log is built and run by [Hoffman Engineering](https://www.hoffman.engineering), a small independent developer. There is no call center and no ticket queue: every message is read by the person who builds the app.

### Email

For anything at all, email [hello@3dprintlog.com](mailto:hello@3dprintlog.com). Email is the best way to reach us about:

- Help with your account, signing in, or a Pro subscription and its billing.
- Privacy questions, or a request to export or delete your data. See the [Privacy Policy](https://www.3dprintlog.com/docs/privacy-policy) for what we collect.
- Partnerships, integrations, and press.

Please include the email address on your 3D Print Log account and, for a problem with a specific print, printer, or material, a link to the page where it happens. Never send a password or an API key.

### Feedback in the app

When you're signed in, the [Feedback](https://www.3dprintlog.com/feedback) page sends a question, bug report, or suggestion straight to us, tied to your account so we can reply by email. For a bug, tell us what you expected, what happened instead, and which browser or device you were using.

### GitHub issues

The web app and the API are open on GitHub, and you can file an issue or follow an existing one there:

- [3d-print-log-ui issues](https://github.com/HoffmanEngineering/3d-print-log-ui/issues): the website, the documentation, and anything you see in the browser.
- [3d-print-log-api issues](https://github.com/HoffmanEngineering/3d-print-log-api/issues): the [REST API](https://www.3dprintlog.com/docs/api) and the [MCP server](https://www.3dprintlog.com/docs/mcp).

GitHub issues are public, so keep account details out of them and email us instead.

### Response times

We aim to reply within a few business days. A bug report may get a quick acknowledgment first and a fix in a later release; the [release notes](https://www.3dprintlog.com/docs/release-notes) list what changed in each version.
